Very professional service.Posted on REAL TALK REAL REVIEWSTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Your response to my reviews sounds like a bunch of excuses. Lookup at my pictures it speaks louder then words. Instead of spending 200 dollars on a oem bumper these people put a bumper on that dont fit right omg. Sub par work, color matching looks like someone is color blind. Trim not put on right parts not sanded etc etc. Then the atitude when I took it back stay away from this place. I paid $900 out of pocket plus my insurance for this repair and was initially happy when I picked it up, but I didn’t notice all the imperfections at first — apparently, this is “normal” for them. The hood and bumper edges weren’t properly sanded, the bumper wasn’t fitted correctly, and the trim was installed poorly. The paint match is uneven, and they blended only one side of the bumper. For a shop with 20+ years in business, they should have been using a spectrophotometer for proper color matching — clearly, they didn’t. I called my insurance company; they confirmed they cover what’s required for a proper repair, including OEM bumpers (around $220). Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. If you want a professional, correct repair, go elsewhere. If you read this review check the pictures if thats level of work is ok with you then you will be fine at this shop. I never rushed this shop or told them to be done in a week that was the time frame they gave me. Alot of excuses for a job that wasnt done correctly I wanted to love this shop, but my experience was a major disappointment. When I first picked up my vehicle, the work looked fine. But once I got it home, all the flaws and corner-cutting became obvious. • Bumper Fit & Quality: The bumper doesn’t fit properly, which makes me question whether it’s even OEM. An OEM Toyota bumper only costs about $200, so why cut corners? • Paint & Blending (and Dishonesty): The bumper wasn’t blended correctly. At first, the shop told me the reason the color didn’t match on one side was because it was painted on plastic. Later, the owner admitted the real reason: they simply didn’t blend that side. Why the dishonesty? Instead of being upfront, they gave me excuses. They also claimed “insurance doesn’t pay for blending,” which is not true. Even if it were, a professional shop should care enough about quality to do it right. • Hood Work: The hood wasn’t sanded down properly. Instead of fixing the imperfections, they just painted and clear-coated over them. Once again, I was given the same “insurance” excuse. For a $2,000 repair (mostly labor), this is unacceptable. • Trim Installation: The trim wasn’t even put on correctly. If they couldn’t handle something that simple, how can I trust the bumper or other repairs were done right? The only positive was that the job was finished in a week. But fast doesn’t mean good. And when I questioned the issues, the friendliness disappeared. They told me I could bring it back, but after the dishonesty and excuses, the trust is gone. What makes this more frustrating is that I was convinced by all the 5-star Google reviews that this would be a great shop. Now I realize reviews can be padded and don’t always reflect the real picture of a business. Bottom line: If you care about quality and honesty, don’t risk it here. They cut corners, make excuses, and aren’t upfront with customers. I cannot recommend this shop.Posted on Brittany STrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ken was very helpful! Willing to take a look at a problem with my SUV last minute and solved the issue on the spot. Thanks, Ken!!Posted on J RTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Took my Ford Taurus here after hitting a deer. It damaged the hood, windshield and right pillar. The boys at abengineers had it back to looking new in less than two weeks at half the price of other shops. Thanks for being professionals and master craftsman.Posted on Steven PayneTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Have an aluminum 2019 gray F150. I creased it all the way down one side three panels. This company did such a good job, repairing it and matching the paint that I can sometimes not remember which side the accident was on.Posted on Matt WrightTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
